My name is Vincent Gallay, born and raised in Geneva, and currently based in the Montreux area.
With over five years of experience working for renowned Swiss educational institutions, I have developed deep expertise in the private education system in Switzerland. My knowledge extends across elite secondary schools, international programs, and top universities, allowing me to provide insider insights and tailored guidance to students and families navigating the Swiss academic landscape.

Education
I earned a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), the #1 ranked hospitality school worldwide.
During my studies, I was honored with the Excellence Award for the Student Business Project (SBP).
Professional Experience
I gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry through my time at a 5-star hotel in Montreux, where I developed a strong understanding of service excellence and guest relations.
I then spent 3years at EHL (École hôtelière de Lausanne), holding various positions including Academic Assistant and Academic Planner. During this time, I was honored to be selected for the Talent Academy, a recognition of my dedication and potential within the institution.
Following this, I spent 2.5 years at Glion Institute of Higher Education, a top-5 globally ranked hospitality school, where I served as Program Coordinator for the MSc and Executive Master in Luxury Management and Guest Experience. My commitment to student success was recognized when I received the Most Supportive Staff/Faculty Member Award.
